So far, I am extremely happy with this heater. It starts reliably and heats really well. I love that I could tap into my gas fuel tank just like the diesel heaters do. It runs much quieter than other heaters I have seen and especially the Chinese heater I replaced. The brushless bearing motors are great. Also, the fuel pump is pretty quiet as well. I have had no issues with it as opposed to the cheap Chinese heater. Another big advantage to this heater is the availability of parts that are made for this heater. The email support has been first rate and any additional components that I needed were sent to me free of charge. It is so great having an actual person that responds to my questions and or issues. I have not run it at high altitude yet, but as solid as this runs, I have no concerns that it will be an issue. I think that it is sold at a good price compared to the other main brand sellers, especially if you can get a discount. A few of things to note, it did not come with a muffler or an air intake filter thing. Both were sent to me immediately when pointed out. I also had an issue with the WIFI controller due to signal issues which only effected the use of the Smartlife app. They sent me the newer Bluetooth version the next day. The third thing regarding this particular heater, is that it has a fixed coolant temperature shut off. I think I can work around this easy enough though. I absolutely wish I would have known about and spent the extra money and gone with this heater to begin with. It would have saved me countless hours of frustration and some very frigid nights in the snow. Again, awesome company to deal with and I would highly recommend them

I installed the HLN bunk heater in my truck, and it has completely transformed my cold-weather trips. The built-in Wi-Fi is incredibly helpful here in Alberta; if my truck is in the yard, I can start the heater before leaving home, which ensures the cab is warm and the snow on my windshield is melted by the time I arrive.

I replaced a Webasto that had stopped working. Much better design, in that the wire that powers the fuel pump doesn’t run through the exhaust port. And the wiring loom is amazing; it makes it so easy! The installation manual should be used as an example for the entire industry, it uses pictures in a linear and easy to understand way, making it basically foolproof. And the heater blows warm air, extremely quietly.

I wouldn’t even consider another heater, the engineering and technical supremacy that went into developing this heater so far above the competition there is no competition. These guys have a professional grade diesel heater system. That would be extremely difficult to be at any price.

I expect my recent HLN heater purchase will stand the test of time based on what I have observed and experienced thus far. The heater is definitely higher quality than others I have worked with; The wire hareness definitely shows an attention to detail not found on other brands; and, finally, the after sale support has been excellent. If there is one thing I would change it would be the inclusion of additional ancillary parts to make for a one-stop shopping experience.

I bought 2kw heater. It’s a really good quality product . All the parts are well made . But the need to set temperature in Degrees not in ceslius for USA customer. give a little more info on the display and also on the paper manual how to properly use for date time and other settings. Overall I would say it’s good quality heater
