For the past 50 years, HLN has been the factory pre-installed diesel heater provider for manufacturers of trucks, construction vehicles and buses, many of whom rank among top 10 in the world by sales volumes.
The HLN Aerolyn 4000 PRO is a 4kW diesel air heater built for larger RVs, trucks, motorhomes, and buses. It delivers twice the heating output of the 2000 PRO model and can warm spaces up to 40 cubic meters in temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C).
This heater is engineered to the same OEM standard that HLN has supplied to Fortune 500 vehicle manufacturers for over 50 years. It carries E-mark certification under ECE R122, the safety standard required for commercial vehicle heating systems in Europe and internationally.
The 4000 PRO features automatic altitude adjustment up to 16,000 feet (5,000 meters) — the highest rating in its class. This makes it suitable for high-altitude construction sites, mountain passes, and ski resort areas without performance degradation. The brushless motor is rated for over 5,000 hours of continuous operation.
Control options include a WiFi digital panel with SmartLife phone app connectivity. The app lets you remotely start the heater, set temperatures, and create weekly schedules. A Bluetooth controller is also available. Both options include thermostat control with auto and manual modes.
The heater ships with a complete installation kit and is compatible with Espar/Eberspacher ultra-quiet fuel pumps. No additional parts are needed for a full installation.
Priced at $699 including the installation kit, the 4000 PRO offers 4kW of OEM-grade heating at a fraction of the cost of comparable Webasto Airtop or Espar Airtronic units.

For items that have been used, installed, tested, or are faulty, these will either be replaced or repaired under warranty and redelivered at our cost. However, any item returned under warranty found to have no issues will require payment for redelivery and the labour costs for testing.
