For the past 50 years, HLN diesel heater has been the factory pre-installed diesel heater provider for manufacturers of trucks, construction vehicles, vans, camper vans, and buses, many of whom rank among top 10 in the world by sales volumes.
The HLN Aerolyn 2000 PRO is a 2kW diesel air heater designed for vans, campervans, and small RVs. It blows heated air directly into the cabin and can warm a space of up to 20 cubic meters down to -40°F (-40°C).
HLN has manufactured diesel heaters as original equipment for Fortune 500 truck and bus makers for over 50 years. The Aerolyn 2000 PRO uses the same OEM-grade engineering in a compact package built for aftermarket installation. Every unit is E-mark certified under ECE R122.
The Aerolyn 2000 PRO uses a brushless fan motor rated for over 5,000 hours of operation — roughly 2.5 times the lifespan of typical brushed-motor heaters. It includes automatic altitude adjustment up to 10,000 feet, so it works reliably on mountain passes and ski trips without manual recalibration.
The heater comes with a WiFi digital control panel that connects to the SmartLife phone app. You can start the heater, set a target temperature, and schedule automatic on/off times from your smartphone. A Bluetooth controller option is also available.
Every unit ships with a complete installation kit — mounting bracket, exhaust system, fuel line, air ducting, and wiring harness. The fuel pump is compatible with Espar/Eberspacher ultra-quiet replacement pumps, so parts are easy to source.
At $699 with the full installation kit included, the Aerolyn 2000 PRO delivers OEM-grade quality at roughly 30–50% less than comparable Webasto or Espar retail products.

For items that have been used, installed, tested, or are faulty, these will either be replaced or repaired under warranty and redelivered at our cost. However, any item returned under warranty found to have no issues will require payment for redelivery and the labour costs for testing.
